Matt Fidler

Prior to VIVIO, Matt was the VP of Consumerism and Retail Marketing for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield and the VP of Customer Experience for Guardian Protection. Both organizations use the voices of their customers to create and orchestrate omni-channel experiences for members and clients. In addition to CX and research, Matt has led marketing, digital and eCommerce, product development and corporate training. Matt also served in brand management and field marketing roles for Ford Motor Company, Sherwin-Williams and Kaplan Test Prep.

Matt holds an MBA from Penn State University and a BS in Business from Grove City College. He, his wife and daughters call Pittsburgh, PA home.
